<p>FRIDAY 19 JUNE 2009 &#8211; WEDNESDAY  30 SEPTEMBER 2009</p>
<p>Meals will be served in Hall at the following times (except for closures, as detailed below!):</p>
<p>BREAKFAST     8.30am – 9.00am             Monday &#8211; Friday  *</p>
<p>LUNCH              12.30pm – 1.15pm             Every day</p>
<p>DINNER             6.00pm – 6.45pm              Every day</p>
<p>*  If the cafeteria is open for breakfast for a conference on<br />
Saturday or Sunday, all college residents are welcome to attend<br />
8.30am &#8211; 9.00am</p>
<p>A. Those taking dinner in Hall are requested to leave by 7.00pm. in<br />
order to give staff time to prepare the hall for evening functions.</p>
<p>B. If Hall is in use by conferences, students may be asked to collect<br />
and pay for their meal from the Cafeteria and then proceed to the<br />
Armitage Room to eat or collect and eat their food in the Bar.</p>
<p>C. I.D. cards must be shown at all meals; persons without a card will<br />
not be served.  Members are allowed to bring up to two guests at any<br />
meal, PROVIDING THEY ARE SIGNED IN BY THE PRECEDING MEAL, with<br />
the exception of Breakfasts.</p>
<p>D.  FORMAL DINNER with Fellows will replace Cafeteria service on</p>
<ul>
<li>Tuesday 7 July (Old Hall)</li>
<li>Thursday 23 July (Armitage Room)</li>
<li>Tuesday 4 August (Old Hall)</li>
<li>Friday 4 September (Armitage Room)</li>
<li>Wednesday 16th September (Old Hall).</li>
</ul>
<p>Time 7pm GOWNS TO BE WORN – Sherry will be served at 6.45pm.</p>
<p>WOULD THOSE MEMBERS WISHING TO ATTEND PLEASE BOOK PLACES IN THE USUAL<br />
MANNER USING THE &#8220;ON-LINE&#8221; BOOKING SYSTEM.</p>
<p>E.   The kitchens will be open throughout this period except from:</p>
<ul>
<li>Tuesday 16 June (No dinner&#8211; May Ball)</li>
<li>Wednesday 17 June (No breakfast&#8211; Recovery from May Ball)</li>
<li>Saturday 20 June (No dinner)</li>
<li>Monday 22 June (No breakfast, lunch, or dinner&#8211; Staff Outing)</li>
<li>Friday 26 June (No lunch or dinner&#8211; Degree Day)</li>
<li>Sunday 28 July (No breakfast)</li>
<li>Saturday 15 August &#8211; Monday 31 August inclusive, when the kitchens will be closed.</li>
