Easter Vacation – Catering Arrangements

THURSDAY 19 MARCH 2009 – WEDNESDAY 15 APRIL 2009

Meals will be served in Hall at the following times:

BREAKFAST                        8.30am – 9.00am                    (Monday – Friday)

LUNCH                                  12.30pm – 1.15pm

DINNER                                6.00pm – 6.45pm

  • Those taking dinner in Hall are requested to leave by 7.00pm. in order to give staff time to prepare the hall for evening functions.
  • If Hall is in use by conferences, students & staff may be asked to collect and pay for their meal from the Cafeteria and then proceed to the Armitage Room to eat or collect and eat their food in the Bar.
  • I.D. cards must be shown at all meals; persons without a card will not be served.  Members are allowed to bring up to two guests at any meal, PROVIDING THEY ARE SIGNED IN BY THE PRECEDING MEAL, with the exception of Breakfasts .
  • FORMAL DINNER with Fellows in the Armitage Room will replace Cafeteria service on Wednesday 28th March, Monday 30th March and Thursday 9th April 2009. Time 7pm GOWNS TO BE WORN – Sherry will be served at 6.45pm. WOULD THOSE MEMBERS WISHING TO ATTEND PLEASE BOOK PLACES IN THE USUAL MANNER USING THE “ON-LINE” BOOKING SYSTEM
  • The kitchens will be open throughout this period except from: Friday 10 April – Monday 13 April inclusive, when the kitchens will be closed.
