MCR Access for Queens’ Alumni

 

Since 2008, the MCR Woodville Room can only be accessed by swipe card.

For current Queens’ students, your University Card should be enabled automatically. If, HOWEVER, you are a recent alumnus of Queens’ and would still like to  have access to the Woodville Room, never fear! The College has made allowances for this. In order to apply for alumni access, please print out the PDF form below and return it in hard copy to:

Your form will then be reviewed by the MCR committee. If approved, you will be notified via email and instructed on how best to collect your keycard.
Please also note that the keycard with which you will be issued will only allow you to access the MCR Woodville Room, and not (for example) the College Library or Buttery.

The Woodville Room is intended as a safe social space for members of the Queens’ MCR and their (supervised) guests. Please never leave guests unattended.
