As of 2008, the MCR Woodville Room can only be accessed by swipe card.
For current Queens’ students, your University Card should be enabled automatically. This card looks like the image below, except in the top right corner there will be dark green and white stripes (to indicate that your college is Queens’):
IF, HOWEVER, you are a recent alumnus/a of Queens’ and would still like to have access to the MCR, never fear!

The MCR President Queens’ College, Cambridge Silver Street Cambridge CB3 9ET white line Your form will then be reviewed by the MCR committee. If approved, the form will be passed on to the College Porters and you will be notified via email. You may then come to Queens’ (to the Porters’ Lodge) to sign out your keycard. Please bring a valid form of identification and proof of current address.Please also note that the keycard with which you will be issued will only allow you to access the MCR Woodville Room, and not (for example) the College Library or Buttery.
